The Parish of St. Peter and St. Paul in Norwich held their annual Easter Egg Hunt on the church grounds. There were over 1700 eggs hidden on 3 different hillsides to coincide with various age groups - 2-4, 5-9, and 10 and over. More than 100 children participated. Everyone was a winner as they made sure to have plenty of eggs for all. A couple of junior high school girls did the bulk of the work filling the 1700 plastic eggs with candy, and 20 lucky prize tickets. Anyone with a ticket in their egg got to choose from a range of gifts including big jars of candy, kites, whiffleball sets, Easter baskets, etc. Father Pusateri and the Easter Bunny were the gracious host for a fun filled morning.
