Day retreat by Dr Joan Kelly at the Holy Family Retreat Center in West Hartford, CT held on October 14, 2009. Topic was Amazing Grace: An Exploration of St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas. Program included lecture by Dr Kelly, Reconciliation, Liturgy of the Eucharist and, of course, a wonderful meal prepared by the Holy Family Retreat Center staff. Dr Kelly's presentation highlighted the achievements of each saint's life against the backdrop of Church issues of the day. Both the works of Augustine and Aquinas transcend time. Discovery of the Truth is timeless.
